I really think that the insurance policy given by mediassist is way more expensive for parental insurance, means who will pay for 50k+ premium and that too for large copay, I guess the leadership team should intervene here....Parental insurance is really important for any employee and most of the time is only needed.

Sorry If I may disappoint you,. I have worked in Ericsson for 8 long years. I know it inside out. The annual increment is in the range of 9-10 percent for majority of people who have ratings as Meet Expectations. It is a heavily Manager centric culture where your Manager has say in almost everything.
The benefits I could list is that it has a big brand name which looks good on resume

Work life balance is good. Learning.. not that much. Depends on the project or department.
