Guys what is the process at genpact if any bank verifies background check. I want to join bank but the nature of duties are not written in genpact relieving letter. What option do I have ? HR refusing to share the job and responsibilities of mine. Is there any option to get this ? I have already left genpact. I want to edit my relieving letter to include nature of work in it. But I am scared of background verification what if bank verifies it from Genpact...does genpact confirm back ??Genpact
