Had a follow up interview with SF and was told they are waiting to hear back from mgmt about training dates and said it could take about 2-3 weeks. It’s been about 2 weeks and was wondering if this is normal? I wasn’t offered the job on the spot like I’ve seen others have posted. Should I follow up myself or continue to wait?

I left my job without having anything else lined up otherwise I would have had a mental breakdown. I’m not even in that great of a financial place, but it was my job or my sanity. I know at least three other people who, in the past few months, have left with nothing lined up. I feel like it’s something we need to be talking more about. This isn’t normal for people to be doing this right?
