Give yourself some time! I personally think it takes a good six months before you feel like you have your feet under you at a new job. Learning the culture, the people, the role and responsibility. It takes time, and the process shouldn't be rushed!
You wouldn't have been hired if you weren't up to it. Fake it until you make it. It usually takes me around 6 months to feel fully settled in, and even then, I still find myself learning new things and having questions come up from time to time.
Thats actually made me smile and I'm so on board with faking it until you make it I've been faking how confident I am socially, but everyone seems nice to didn't take me too long to feel comfortable.
It always takes longer than you think. A few weeks in, you still feel clumsy, but by three to six months you usually hit your stride. Be kind to yourself — nobody expects instant mastery. The team support you mentioned is the best sign.
Its just hard going from knowing so much and being one of the longest serving to being the new girl.

It’s day 2 do not put too much pressure on yourself, it works both ways, they won’t expect you to be a genius on the first week and you have to get used to different systems, ways of working, the people etc. It’s a lot, you will get there trust me I’ve been there and I’m sure the rest of us have😊
It always takes a while to settle in, but I've always found that it happens before you know it. It's totally normal to have some apprehensiveness when you start a new role. If you feel any imposter syndrome, kick it aside. It's good to do the tasks slowly and get the hang of them, and soon you'll be doing them like it's second nature.
Anywhere from 3 to 6 months to a year! Every new job is some kind of learning curve, so give yourself some time to settle in.
Thank you. It's quite different to what I'm used to but hopefully I'll pick it up.
