Has anyone else faced issues with the Deloitte India career portal (career44)? After my HR round, the Document Submission tab never opened, and now the portal shows “Invited to apply – Position has been filled”. Not sure if it’s just a system error or if the application is actually closed. HR hasn’t clarified yet. Is this common?

I have been offered a position on Senior Consultant/ Deputy Manager at Deloitte India for 4.5 years of exp.

Is this position/role normal for years of experience I hold?

I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.
I probably should have choosen USI

Has anybody switched from Deloitte India to Usi?
How was the procedure? Did you quit the India firm and then join Usi or is an internal switch possible?
