Call him out on it evenly and consistently. "Excuse me, let me finish." "You don't need to speak to me that way." etc etc. We do such mental and verbal gymnastics around men's outwardly egregious behavior and we don't need to.

A male opposing counsel scheduled a call WITH ME on a case I’m second chair on, my name is on the caption and everything, and when he called me yesterday he asked if the attorney would be joining us. I’ve been barred almost a decade.
In my experience, it's just another way to play a mind game.
Annoying and a waste of time.
I typically respond in a professional manner -- and write their behavior off to their lack of competence in dealing with adults. While I continue to behave as an adult, I think of them like the toddlers they are emulating. (When I view their behavior as toddler-like, it IS amazing how much it tracks.)
That being said, such behavior is still mean-spirited, and it hurts.
I enjoy thinking back to a particularly distasteful opposing counsel. He truly was awful. During one deposition, he was incredibly unprofessional and tried to make me look bad to my (male) clients being deposed.
Then, we broke for lunch.
He asked for a lunch recommendation, and I was nice and recommended a local establishment that had a great variety of lunch choices.
Sadly for him, he decided to dine on "loaded" hot dogs.
Between the dogs, the cheese, the chili, and heaven only knows what else, he was just a shell of his offensive self that afternoon.
Surprisingly (or not), he cancelled future depositions of my clients, and we settled the case soon thereafter.
Never underestimate the ability of a fool to hang himself when given enough rope to do so.
