If it's actual plagiarism, meaning verbatim passages have been lifted, then you should definitely contact the person who did it and tell them to take it down. If it's someone using the same idea, that isn't plagiarism. In that case you could do something like post a comment with a link to what you'd previously published.

That's an issue I would definitely bring attention to, plagiarism is a big deal, no matter the content or platform. That's your hard work and intellectual property. It's theft and should be reported.

180 base, 50 bonus, plus 50-75k profit sharing and 50k equity a year.

Hi guys, I got an offer from x and i discussed that with my current. At 1st current said they can only give 30% increment. I said I can't stay with this cause i got 70% and expect at least 50%(as the 70% included VP and the current org don't have vp, they have bonus). Then they said they can do max 45%. I really wanted to stay here so I said okay to current. Then now hr called me and said they are matching the offer(no vp). What should I make out of it? What made them change their mind?

I took a temporary job as an attorney advisor at the SBA this past fall b/c it offered a regular paycheck, and my solo practice was suffering b/c of the pandemic. I like the work. I like working from home. Anyone have any insight into the possibility of this temp job becoming permanent. Did the SBA hire you permanently when your temp position ended? How did that happen?
