Has anyone heard of the Research Process & Analytics (RPA) team at Citadel? Is it back office? It seems like they develop data models and analytics tool for investors and traders but I’m not sure how competitive it is. A recruiter reached out to me but all my friends are telling me not to proceed if it’s a back office role. Any thoughts?

Travel and TTC combo haven’t worked. After 6 months, the only offer I got included 4 weeks paid and FLMA only after 1 year. So 1) go and risk laughable benefits or 2) stay but risk TTC. So shitty 😭

I had 5AA t/f(modified FET) on 11/07, today (11/16)I had blood work, nurse told HCG level is: 168.5, and will be checking again on 11/18, to see if HCG is raising. Is this good value?
