I was working in a large org leading an Agile transformation & had recently gotten promoted into a leadership role when approached about an opportunity with a late stage startup. The pay is great but now they’ve approached me to take on Program Manager role(uh, NO). Any suggestions on getting back to w/out leaving?

I am applying to some in-house positions at tech companies and was pressed in one screener interview to say what I thought my base salary should be. I’m curious what an acceptable answer would be?

16 weeks and so worried all of the stress I’m under is going to hurt the baby. Hi Guys - my CCTC is ~19.5 LPA. Got the offer from HCL with 21 LPA CTC. I have requested them to update the offer as it is ~8% on top of CCTC. What are the chances they will revise the offer?

Wipro walo, I have joined on last month, 11th July. I am working in South African shift timings. I am entitled to get Rs 2500 per month as shift allowance, but I didn't get it for last month. On speaking to one of our senior members, he said shift assignment only takes place between 1st to 10th of every month. So it will be assigned this month and will also receive last month shift allowance pay as arrear. Is this true ? Where can I check whether my manager has assigned me a shift or not ?

I have received 5lakh retention bonus in Wipro in month of Feb 2022. This will be added to my salary component in Feb 2023.
My Band is B3. My variable is 10% , what will be my variable % after 5lakh added to my CTC . Will it remain same which is 10% or there will be rise in variable component?
