Don’t have kids or you’re fired
You're in New York obviously
mine is 2 weeks (paternity), which is pathetic.
And I wish I would’ve paid more attention before signing my offer, my last agency was 16 weeks.
I have no words as a Canadian. Who’s supposed to take care of your 12 week old newborn? What if they were born 12 weeks premature?
Two weeks paid for mothers. You can "add on" any PTO you'd like. Plus the federally mandated 6 weeks unpaid.
Not planning to have kids as long as I'm with this company, for the record.
12 weeks regardless of parent and type (adoption/foster/birth)
Same here
16 weeks (12paid) for maternity. I believe only 3 paid for men unfortunately. Regardless of adoption, birth, etc.
16 weeks paid, can be stretched to 22 weeks (maternity at an in-house agency)
20 weeks at 100% for Maternity, 14 weeks at 100% for paternity/partner
Are you in Europe lol
Pro
18 weeks for birth moms
12 weeks for non-birth parents
6 months full pay for either parent if you’ve worked at the company 5+ years, and then there’s a tiered system leading up to that. I found out the policy after 3 years & stayed for that very reason 😋
6 months paid maternity after 12 months at the company, in the UK
New Yorkers - you can take more time off (8 wks) from the state, partially paid.
12 weeks parental leave birth or adoption at 100%, plus 4 if you’re the birthing parent. Technically there’s unlimited PTO as well. Leave can be taken at any point in the first year of the baby’s life but needs to all be taken at once. They also have a liberal return to work policy and flexible options to return on an adjusted part time schedule.
6 weeks paternity max
