I was able to get back in today. Essentially I verified with another personal email first and then again with McK email and started receiving the verification emails to McK email address
Try putting . Instead of _ in your Mck email, came through for me that way
What worked for me: signed in to Glassdoor instead (on desktop) which also prompted me to verify my work email, and this time the code came through.
Not sure what you mean - after I signed in on Glassdoor, I just switched back to FB) on mobile) and my access to the bowl was back. But I'm sure from Glassdoor there's a link to FB somewhere.

It seems they are doing something, they said my work email wasn’t a legit email…

For those still having trouble, if you make an account on glass door using your work email, you can access FB through the glass door website by clicking on “community”, search for the McKinsey bowl and join the bowl from glass door. That will give you access.
