Now I have received another offer from a fintech organization in Berlin, Germany who are providing me 69k Euros as base salary + 5k Euros as RSU and also an on call support of 5k Euros annually + complete relocation assistance package. Eg:
Cell A2= 'xyz' Cell B2 = 'w1'
Cell C2= 'ghi' Cell D2 = 'x1'

Cell G2= 'mhn' Cell H2 = 'z1'

The combination of the 'W','X','Y' and 'Z' codes identity a specific trend
I am extracting data which includes multiple combinations of these codes. What is the best way to show frequency of the codes against the category it is assigned to

I have 1 sheet with names and sheet 2 with a large list of names that may or may not be those names - which also have corresponding unique identity numbers. How do I easily match the names with the same names and keep the unique identity numbers for importing later?

How can I add multiple characteristics within one cell and make sure that a pivot table can read both values independently if needed? E.g., I have a column titled “color” and in one cell I write “red” and the other “red, blue”. I’d like a pivot table / formula to be able to count that there are technically two “reds” in this data set. Any tips?
