Has anyone recently interviewed with Optum in Pune?

I attended a walk-in drive, cleared the technical round, and was shortlisted for the managerial round on the same day. After the managerial interview, I was told my profile was "on hold" and that I'd receive an update within two days.

It's now been over a week, and the recruiter hasn't responded to my calls or messages.

Is this a normal part of Optum's hiring process, or does it usually mean the position is no longer moving forward?

Any insight in "innovation" or "transformation" type roles at large pharma companies? I don't generally see these roles listed but would be interested in learning more

Question for tax folks. So I have purchased shares of a public ally traded partnership. I have received a K1 and it shows my portion of income. I will report on my tax return and pay tax. Let’s say, I sell this investment. What will be my basis in the stock? My purchase price? Or purchase price plus the income I have reported over the years? Can I just vent on how annoyed I am with the increase in “priority boarding” of people that are able bodied? I am happy to let them on first. But I think they should get off last. So many times they are limping or in a wheelchair boarding. And then when we land that are the first to jump up and scurry off. Just not ethical.
