Any recommendations for career coaching companies for counsel, director and exec-level at nonprofits?

As a (class of 2020) second year whose several classmates from different groups are already thinking about leaving/going to other firms, should I explore other options too? Don’t know if they’re being dramatic about how bad it is or if I’m just drinking the koolaid in my group?

Has anyone made the transition from law to public accounting or tax in industry? Are you happier? I’ve been thinking about making such a move since there seems to be more remote opportunities in accounting. Advice or talk me off the ledge?

In this field, when choosing a masters degree program is it more beneficial to get a degree in Human Resources to further my knowledge in HR (my undergraduate degree is in Economics) , an MBA, or Data Science Degree due to the fact that HR is becoming more data driven as well as get a PHR / SHRM-CP certification?

Okay so I’m a newly licensed attorney in a very conservative part of TX. I just got my first job offer and I was worried at first thinking that I was in “Trump” territory, but I tested the waters in my interview and spoke about police injustices and how prosecutor’s job is not only to protect victims, but also defendants from police injustices. I’m interviewing with a startup and the range has a 40k difference from the lowest to highest point. It’s also pre-seed and comes with equity, and health, 401k benefits. It’s a director of sales role so I would eventually be recruiting and managing a team along with building the processes and strategy. What would you consider a fair compensation package? If they offer me something on the lower end of the range, is it still appropriate to counter with an offer that is over their stated range?

I’m an immigration paralegal but I have an MA in human rights.
