For all new home buyers, at what stage in the construction process are you experiencing delays? As per my builder my home is slated for Sept/oct '22 completion and the builder will be setting-up a pre-drywall inspection meeting for July 1st week. Wanted to get others perspective whether sept/oct '22 timeline is still a reasonable estimate (wanting to take a 180 day lock-in from lender)

Welp. Had an interview scheduled for this morning for 30 mins. I join the webex & nothing. I email the recruiter after 15 mins and get a response saying the interviewer had something come up and would like to reschedule.
