I heard from a career coach that the resume can be longer now, that the old one page and two page limits were a thing 10yrs ago but nothing anymore.
No. 1 page. Being concise and highlighting the most critical / pertinent experience is a skill in itself
The only scenario for 2 pages I can see is MAYBE if you’re a senior partner but at that point, who is reading your resume?
You can do two. But it needs to be a full two
Interesting. Internal BcG career coaches say 2 pages - so looks like I’ve got to have both versions. Wish there was some kind of standard.

Why would you need two ? At your level , wouldn’t most of your interviews come in through alum referrals and the resume is just mire off a prop in the process ? Genuinely curious about this
I used two pager and just got a job with AWS

I’ve had decent luck with 2 pages, but I’ve got 17+ YOE and a couple industry changes.
