I work with someone assigned to the Mechanicsburg office that hasn’t lived near that office in 2 years. No issues have come up and the project supports them.

If project is okay with it. Then this shouldn’t be an issue. I was aligned to the Lake Mary office and never actually moved there. I’ve been on the same project for two years and talent was the one who reached out and told me I needed to transfer offices since I was living in another state. I filled out the form on TOD. Talent reached out and asked for email approval from coach, PPMD, and senior manager. I talked to my senior manager and he sent and email to both coach and PPMD and ccd me. All they did was reply approved. Forwarded those emails to talent and then the transfer was done int two weeks. I will say, I live 15 minutes from a core office.
I have. My coach and CDM both knew at the time of my move. I also had a conversation about it with my hub’s leadership.
D8 they were relatively supportive. I say “relatively” because I told my manager for my small thread of work (who was very supportive) but did not tell the project manager. I will say I moved from one location to the other and our project is based out of another. So regardless I was going to be remote.
No but I don’t see an issue, since USDC now reaches far more than just the 3 physical locations
If you request for change and you were hired before Hybrid model, your request will be denied unless you switch to one of the delivery center.
If you move without telling USDC, you are expected to come to work, if your project demands.

I have three coachees signed to an office living in other states. One was hired this way the other 2 located during Covid
