Has anyone taken a leap of faith and gone from more internal/non/client facing role to an extremely client facing role like solutions consultant or customer success manager? I am likely to have offers soon for one of these roles. I know I can do it, but my most recent role was a much more internal facing management consulting type of role. How was the adjustment to a much more client facing role?

I am looking for some inspiration. If you were selecting the location for an office for 100 consultants in Zone 1. Where would you choose and why?

I started at a new company 2 months ago and while I’m really enjoying my job so far, I’m having a hard time gauging whether or not I’m doing a “good job.” My role seems to be always evolving, which is fine and I actually enjoy being a support to the greater marketing team, but I feel like I need better defined targets to make sure I’m meeting expectations.
