Is great if you’re not a morning person. I really loved it.

You’ll probably do your thing, eg just work, from when you wake up. Later in the day and sometimes evenings you’ll have meetings. If they respect that you’re in London you’ll be fine. If they expect you to be on EST time you’ll be screwed because you’ll have meetings until late.
I’ve done it. It’s nice to have the mornings to do things, go places, see people. But working every evening until late sucks. And obviously most people are working in the day, so if you have friends in London you won’t see much of them.
what were these jobs? remote?
Did it for a while. Set boundaries. It will eat you alive if you don’t.
Doing it now at an incredibly busy shop. All day it’s meetings and Slack chats. I was hoping I could batch the work; set my own hours, make the meetings. But no.
It IS nice to have the gym all to myself or go into central and have a cheeky lunchtime pint if I feel like it but being stuck in the chair until 23:00 or even later is a bummer.
