I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.
Did I just do a mistake by quoting too high a number? Please let me know your opinions.

Is 28.5LPA good for 5.5 YOE in data engineering domain for Pune location?

Random question: anyone have any water damage horror stories? Washing machine on the 3rd floor didn’t drain and overflowed for 10 mins - slight damage to the third floor floors, second floor ceiling and floors. Need inputs - I have an offer from McKinsey & Company for Product Manager role and have to decide between Waltham (Boston) and Atlanta locations.
