If I'm adding multiple people to purchase a property but not on the mortgage, when do they get added - do they need to already be on the purchase agreement? I heard it's easier to do upfront vs. adding them later. I've asked this question in a thread but didn't get a clear response. I had call with the HR for he position based out of Mumbai everything in interview and they are ready to share the offer. however, I quoted for 10 lakhs and they said for fixed pay of 8.75.
Although, i checked on Google as well average pay they are giving is 9.7 lakh
So should I accept the offer as per their negotiation or shall positively tell them why 10 lakh is justified?

I have an offer from @Morgan Stanley for 36 lpa.. 8 years, Java backend developer.. I am also about to have a managerial round with Mercedez Benz and Zscaler.. Morgan Stanley they said I initially I will have to work on existing applications and later move on to microservices project.. Both Benz and Zscaler are working on good tech stack.. Are any of these worth considering if they match what Morgan Stanley is offering?
