More often than not always trust the Glassdoor reviews. If a company is at 2.5 stars out of 5 then that is an indication to even reject a company even if they offer you a lot of money. I joined and moved cross country for a company who had a similar rating and was let go before a year’s time. They conducted mass layoffs at one of their locations. Always trust the Glassdoor reviews.

That kind of churn creates so much instability. It’s hard to feel invested when the ground keeps moving like that. Over time it can erode trust in leadership because it starts to feel reactive instead of strategic.
