I have audit next saturday and am currently beginning my review of chapter 4 of 6 on becker. My review so far has just been going back to the multiple choice I missed on the first pass and going over my notes. Haven't touched any sims yet. What chapters should I focus the most on and does my timeline to test next saturday sound ok? Have tonight, all of saturday and Sunday. Can probably study 2 or 3 hours a day Monday - Friday. Any suggestions for study strategy are appreciated.

A former coworker has offered to submit my resume for a legal role at her company (also tech) basically doing contract and privacy work as well as other tasks relevant to my former work life. My current resume is full of litigation experience from law school, since my resume is written for applying to lit positions. On the one hand, it bolsters my legal experience. On the other, it’s not relevant to this role. Do I cut?
