have been trying to increase my package from many years but still have not get success. I do a lot of hardwork and always confident while interview but still I m not able to get higher package . I have 6 yoe and my package is below 10 lakh . Please someone help how to increase CTC?! Where I m going wrong???? I don't know how people go from 5 lakh to 50 lakh?! I don't even cross 10 lakh after 6 years of experience! I m ready to do any hardwork! I want to prove myself.
