Have got an offer from optum, but have some issue regarding the joining date so my notice period ends on 23rd may, but I received a offer of 21st may from optum, I asked the hr to delay my joining by 3 days but they are saying the latest they can give is on 18th june due the system upgrade and the hr so I have signed the offer letter of 21st and told them to give offer letter for 18th june but the hr is saying to keep it documented on email is it safe to join optum given my circumstances.
