I’m so incredibly burnt out—I’ve been going to sleep at 3 am and waking up at 7. I’m working 16 hour days consistently, and on Friday through Saturday I literally pulled an all nighter (until 11 am) to work. I don’t have time to make friends, let alone hang out with them, and all of my partner’s free time lately has been helping me stay afloat. I told myself I wouldn’t quit before busy season ends in March and put my team in a bad spot, but I honestly don’t know if I can make it to then.

What would be a great career move for a pharmacy technician who also has years of retail experience including assistant management and other supervisory roles under their belt? I really love my job but I would love to be making more without having to go back to school.

I am not sure what to do. My company just had another round of massive layoffs. So far my job was spared. I do got a job offer from a different company but the salary is way lower than what I have now (20,000$ less). Should I choose for financially stability but with a lower salary, or take the risk, keep the higher salary, but have a high chance to loose it as the company isn’t doing great.
