They never make a deal out of it and if they mess up they correct and move right along. They're from the Midwest and some of the team is older too so its really nice 😅

I've been working here for over a year and my associate basically never does a thing. I get I'm the analyst but I'm the only one on my team. I pull together every page.

How would you handle not getting a lunch break when you are a salaried employee treating patients for 40 hours a week? I don’t get documentation time either, but all notes are to be completed the same day. Some of us have reached out to HR and we’re told to discuss it with the regional director, but the regional director says we’d have to come in early or leave late to block out a lunch break. 2020 grad M&A/PE Associate in LCOL area thinking about moving to a ECVC/M&A boutique. I generally like the work I do and the people I work with, but I really don’t like the hours and the constant late nights and weekends. Currently on pace for 2250. Let’s not have pride this year that is all about rainbow colors. Remember those who have lost their lives during the AIDS crisis, and the years they were ignored by the government and couldn’t get healthcare to save their lives. Same as what is happening today - those who are not privileged don’t have equal resources, or even access to healthcare. That’s why equality should matter for everyone. It’s not just a party, it’s to show that we’re still here and we will not give up.
