I had interviewed for Cognizant and I was asked to submit my documents for offer letter release. This happened on the same day as my interview(Friday 6th May). I submitted my documents and I am trying to contact the HR who scheduled my interview, but she is not picking up my call. My question is how soon can I expect the offer letter to be released? And is there a possibility that they can reject my profile at this stage?

Can the HR revoke my offer letter altogether, If I request for a salary renegotiation just 1 month before my joining date?

I have also some international experience in competitor benchmarking and evaluating future scope. I am at a saturation point in my domain.
