Two questions:
1. What's the take home salary for 1st year Business Ops associate? A ballpark number would be helpful. My calculation is about 49k but want to double check.

2. Is ZS providing WFH allowance to new hires to buy chairs and equipment?

I hardly work for more than 30 mins a day in my current project in a small company. It's server monitoring support work and mostly no issues. I have 15 years work exp but still getting only 11 LPA. Should I remain here for wlb or upskill and move up.

I recently joined a product company and not happy with project.. There does not appear to be any planning in team.. And wlb is not great..
Also 11 years exp and joined at grade 8.. Seems most join at grade 10+ here..on top of this now hybrid, but HR told wfh..best place to work etc so we give wfh..Should i start trying again less than 4 months..

Sharing my experience with Deloitte USI interview and offer negotiation. I gave Deloitte interview 2 months ago. After managerial round I did multiple follow ups and Deloitte didn’t bother to reply. I moved on and got another offer. After 1 month Deloitte came back and asked for documents and didn’t show up for another 1 month. Today HR called and asked my expectations. How do you best leverage a job offer when you don’t want to leave? In the running for a VP job (higher level than now) that pays $70k higher than what I currently make. Currently maxed Roth 401k, Roth IRA, HSA, and ESPP at 23 YO, should I consider an after-tax conversion? I’ve read about back-door Roths but I’m still far below the income limit as an analyst.
