That credit card story is wild, I wonder what that was all about. I honestly never thought about it, but I assume they make those cards in secret facilities under a lot of security. I used to work in a store where we'd have customers come in and be annoyed we didn't have something, and they'd demand we go look for it in the back. Rather than explain that no, we just didn't have it, I'd sometimes play along. I'd go in the back and get a soda and eventually come back and tell them, nope, we don't have one in the back.

Hahaha… exactly! That’s what you should do when someone refuses to accept the facts. One thing I’ve learned from working in retail is that you just can’t make everyone happy.
It’s so hard to talk to customers who do not want to listen! I had one that was so upset their closest store location had closed, and I sympathized with them because it was like an hour drive to the next, but I cannot do anything about where the stores are! I passed along the information, though it did little to appease them in the moment.

Exactly! We are not the one who decides where a store should be. Honestly, even if the store had opened, he probably would’ve complained that it wasn't closer to his house!

My scariest one was at a cafe where a dude was roid raging cause he wanted me to microwave his coffee but we did not have a microwave which he told me was false and I was a f'ing liar and tried to jump over the counter.
