I looked up to my old boss from 7 years ago. I envied the way he treated us like family by his actions, and the way created a team building culture. Sadly he passed, but I always try to implement his ways into my work now.

Yes, I had one. She was a very authoritative and kind woman. I love how she could be very principled and kind at the same time. She was a great leader and was good at delegation and meeting goals.

This is wonderful! I strive to be like that one day. Strong but firm.
My former boss is hands down the most compassionate and supportive person I've ever worked with. Always there to mentor and guide the team, making sure we all level up our skills.

I had a boss who had a lot of humility. He didn’t know everything and didn’t seem to pretend like he did. I really appreciated that and looked up to it because humility is a rare skill in management.
