I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

I’m a SCM analyst myself and I completely agree with you on COVID’s impact in this industry. Graduated college in 2020 (worst timing) and it took me 2 years to get a role in SC. Got a huge bump in pay in comparison to my previous roles, but based on the work that I have to do, I’m ridiculously underpaid.
Your observation is correct sadly. It’s normal to make 80-90K after 3 years of experience. That’s just some bs and it’s not worth it. Oh, and I’m in pharmaceuticals.
I work in procurement in the plastics industry. I am in college full time and work full time, have a year left in my bachelor's degree. My position requires a bachelor's degree typically, but I was able to work my way up in the company. No bonuses or additional comp.

Possibly, if I come across something with enough growth. I am gearing my resume towards an operations management position for now.
