My 5 month old gets super hyper on flights. I think its the excitement of seeing so many people around her. We have travelled together a few time since birth but lately she gets over excited and starts squealing and giggling but eventually gets fussy and starts crying terribly when she realizes we are not standing up to go anywhere. Saw on LinkedIn that Georgia Pacific is letting vaccinated people return too the office now and soon will let all back who want to be - but if you are unvaccinated you must wear a mask and keep certain distance from others. Unsure of all of the details of that.

Anyone won the battle when being told you have to return to office but you want to stay remote? Not particularly interested in compromising considering I’ve been remote my entire tenure here, but they’re really trying to force it on us. All tips welcome. Can the hybrid model actually work?

People have gotten so used to just backing meetings up into each other. You logout of one and immediately jump in to another. I remember days full of meetings before but not at this volume.

I struggle believing this practice will cease with any percentage of the workforce at home. I don't subscribe to all or nothing but I'm interested in if this has been addressed. Has anyone's hybrid policy mentioned the future of meeting best practice?

Leo group is remote until Sept 6 (unofficially) but offices are open now if you want to come in (Have to reserve a spot). No pressure to do so yet. Expected to be a hybrid model after, but it's all TBD.
