There are lot of mixed reviews about Nagarro.. some folks are saying Nagarro do not fire even in covid the only did the pay cuts and did not fire anyone... where as some folks are saying Nagarro is hiring rigorously more than their projects strength so firing will happen for sure and if you are on bench for more than 1 month you are in red zone as the same happened in past... what is the mystery.. can anyone from Nagarro an honest review about this organization.

I would like to know about the client interviews (especially in data science or machine learning roles).
Are these interviews tough?
Are these interviews meant to assess technical knowledge? For example, what is binomial distribution, what are different data structures in python, ml algorithms etc.
I would request each of the nagarrians to share their thoughts irrespective of the technologies you are working.
I am thankful to you for taking time and helping me out.

Worst process to get into project in nagarro.
First go through the internal project interview then client interview if not selected then again tons of interview.Why they people take interviews at the time of hiring.
I am feeling depressed now.
In this tough time where companies are firing their employees, i am not having any project due to this pissed process in nagarro.
Joined on 1sep 2022.One more interesting fact giving interview in zs associate account(contractor) I never want to work as permanent.

There is no rating after performance review? Seriously!!
Then what are we compared with and how do we know if we are performing better than our colleagues or still need to improve?
The performance review process has changed in recent past. It's not a simple one to one discussion with your immediate supervisor but a collection of things. Example you can take feedback from your peers, that gets recorded. Your supervisor gives you feedback, but there is no rating that he will show you. Only the good things and things to improve.
I don't even remember if there is something else. Honestly if you have been long in a project and the repo with manager is fine, all this doesn't matter. But I guess for newcomers all of this is kind of an overload.
Focus on your manager words
