My all time favorite business book is still The Innovator’s Dilemma. I’ve read dozens since then but none are as good.

More recently I’ve enjoyed Discovery Driven Growth. A little repetitive but a good read.

He does a great job at breaking it down into its simplest form. People get so intimidated by investing and saving (understandably so) but it really should be second nature. Love that book
