I am in pre-offer stage for AVP Python TEST automation and HR asked me to check if i can negotiate on notice period, also I asked her if its non negotiable will it impact the offer, so she denied that,but i am a bit concerned currently as I saw lot of posts written about lousy WLB and job security. Can you please guide me by sharing your experience
