I have total 7yoe in SAP SD area. I have received offer from cognizant(25.3L fixed and 70k variable) for senior associate role and capgemini(26.25 fixed and 10% variable) for manager role. In capgemini my project is confirmed but only problem is they have given Manager role. Could you please suggest which one to choose.

Compliance email might as well just say: We hope you are all in compliance with our very strict "You aren't allowed to have a good body" busy season restriction.
