Iam currently working as a Technical Support Representative for over 11 months now, Im preparing for Data Analyst interviews from past 3 months and couldn't find any interview, I have learnt SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn). Any guidance on how to get an interview or a refferal would be much appreciated.

Happy Holidays fishes!! I would love to hear some thoughts here..We bought our first home last year for 316K ( starter home) in MCOL city. The value is now over 400K and I have an equity of over 150K. We are thinking of moving to a different state.Should we rent this place ($2400/month) and with recent refinance my mortgage will be $1600/month(inclu pay all) or sell it to pull out equity for the new home in a different state? FYI: we have over 100K in cash to down payment.

Hi, Currently working in TCS as testing domain.
In parallel I have learned powerbi, advance excel, basics of python, currently learning tableau as well.
I am looking for job change as well domain change(preferred location Bangalore). Could any suggest me to enter into data analyst role(if possible please refer me).
Current ctc is 3.6 in TCS with 1.7 yoe, how much I could expect to enter data analyst role based on self projects if I do.

It's important - I got data analyst offer in Designboxed. But i am in doubt because.
1.Interviewer didn't ask any technical questions. I had only one interview.
2. Evening itself I got call that i was selected and ready to discuss salary.
3. Last year it was under IT raid because of pro particular political party
