Im an PwC SA. I have 10 years of experience and got a Tier 1 rating, yet I received only a 5% hike. When I raised this with my RL, I was told I'm already in a higher band — but with a current CTC of 27.5 LPA, I believe there's still room for hike. I've requested a grievance to be raised.
I have two questions:
1) How does the grievance process work? Will there a real chance of pay revision?
2) Does PwC AC Bangalore sponsor H1B visas?

I can understand your frustration. But to simply put these things are final even if you raise this at the most you will get some lame made up excuse of an justification which will just add fuel to the fire. Only solid way to get a revised number is by threatening to quit. Yes AC sponsors visa but you need to have a solid sponsor on-site as well who will vouch for you and pressure the Director here to approve your application.
You need to have approval from your partner and director here in India. Once you have approval, there is a separate team who can help you with the US process
