Realizing that no job is worth my mental health. I stood up for myself for probably the first time in my career. I left that job and will never accept bullying or mistreatment in the workplace again.

uplifting

Thank you!

Sold 2 NFTs on foundation after a long break

NIce, probably a good time to offload them lol

I recently earned my master's degree in business administration. I worked hard for years to earn this degree and am very proud of myself for achieving this goal. This accomplishment has given me the confidence I need to take on new challenges in my professional life.

Go get them! A master's is no small feat

I'm really proud of the work I've been doing with my clients recently. I've seen some great progress in their personal and professional lives, and it's been really rewarding to be a part of that.

I just got promoted to a management position at my job. It's a great opportunity for me and I'm looking forward to managing my own team and helping them grow and develop.

I recently got a new job that I really love. It's a lot of hard work, but it's really fulfilling and I'm learning a lot.

Complacency is a silent killer, it's always great to get out of your comfort zone and experience some growth!

I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here. Also, I have an idea of what I should be compensated in this type of role, but any insights on how they pay compared to others would be helpful. Are you traveling during the pandemic or have client interactions been virtual? Lastly, if you are a consultant here, are you on billable hours? My current consulting role is not - so this would be new.

Have a big interview tomorrow. The question I dread the most is about why you’re looking for a new job. The honest answer is that there isn’t enough work to go around at my agency and I want to get ahead of the inevitable layoffs. What’s the best way to tell them this? Do I just make something else up entirely?

Hey there!

So that’s the first time I am in a role where I am trusted to chose platforms and services to use, and I am overwhelmed!
I work for a B2B company, and am searching for a platform where I can monitor seo, and manage social media primarily.
I’m obviously looking at hubspot but what other platforms (combined of individual) do you like most?

I manage Youtube channels and do all strategy, planning, talent management, rework content for socials, reporting, graphic design, + a bunch of other stuff. TIA!!

Round or exact numbers on banners/LPs? I was curious about this since in negotiations for example or pricing it's better to have the exact number. But if you have a case study, for example, is it better to say "Client X increased their revenue to 1,000,000 ARR" instead of "Client X increased their revenue to 987,500 ARR" ? Anyone has seen any impact on conversion rates?

DO YOU JUST ASSUME THE COST OF YOUR MARKETING ACTIVITIES? I am looking to allocate their cost in the marketing budget in a way that won't rely on several layers of assumptions. How do you reliably estimate the cost of different marketing activities (email, social, web, etc) when you don't have specific people or tools allocated to each function and costs are spread across many channels? Ads seems the easiest, but even then there's time and overheads... I've been looking for a reliable model.
