Offer 1 – Persistent Systems Role: Lead Software Developer (working as a Data Engineer project on Databricks),Salary:10 LPA fixed 2 LPA variable.
Offer 2 – Synapx (Startup)role: Fabric Data Engineer Salary: ₹12 LPA fixed
Offer 3 – IQVIA (not yet received)
Salary: 9 LPA fixed 2 LPA variable
Yoe: 2.9 years
Skills: Azure, ETL, PySpark, Databricks,Fabric

Would it be a good learning project or not ?

I have friends that have back office positions but never received an offer letter & their company still doesn’t use them now. Has anyone given notice & started a new position without an offer letter? 1.I had two offers one is with Cognizant with 11.55LPA fixed + 45,000 variable pay. I was offered L1 position(designation - Associate).
- Only day shifts(no rotational weekoff's) + I get afternoon shift allowance around 5k per month.
-As per the Manager mention it's mostly WFH we need to come to office at least one month in every 6months(duration).

2.HCL offered L2 position with 10LPA(Around 1.5 Variable pay is included)
-No shift allowance
-Rotational shifts including night

Please suggest in terms of learning, job security and work life balance which organisation to go for in the current time from the below offers...
