How do you deal with back pain? I tried all things that could potentially help like getting lumbar support, ergonomic pillow, stretching steadily throughout the day etc. I'm seriously concerned if it will be what blocks me from moving forward in my career. Can’t lie doing Monday WFH massively reduces that Sunday evening pre-work anxiety. The knowledge that I can wake up at 8am, have breakfast, shower and put washing on and be at my desk 8.50am

Geniuses can you please share some ideas/creative ways to track the following.. Case: have around 25 companies and associated info. Part of that info includes company contact point info (name, email) each company may have 1-8 contacts. Contacts change frequently. Ideally I’d like my columns to be |comp name | contact name| contact email |etc, but the issue is I need to track when people leave a company, can’t delete the data. Rn I have 1 sheet holding comp info, another, contact info.

I recently worked with a recruiter from Robert Half for a position they contacted me about but I ended up not getting an offer. Recruiter mentioned that if I am interested in other job listings they can help me get more information, etc. My question for you all, what are the pros/cons of getting them involved with getting more info about listings I see? The experience I had with RH was mostly positive. I think the negatives were with the company and not RH.
