WFH Vs WF Office Vs Hybrid, Which one should you take?
If you are fresher, go for a WF Office setup. You will learn things beyond your work. In the initial phase of of your career, one needs to focus more on learning than on comfort. The interactions at office, meeting with collegues, conversations at the cafeteria, sense of responsibilty, the need to walk up on time to reach office etc will shape you for better.

Once you have a work experience of few year then any setup is fine. Go for WFH.

Would love to know what other Plaintiffs attorney thoughts are regarding Mercury. I practice in CA, and it’s generally known that Mercury is terrible in terms of settling. Liability not at issue? Meds reasonable? Fanf**kingtastic, let’s not settle and spend money and time on mediation. Just wondering, do PI attorneys from other states have similar thoughts vis a vis Mercury? When you send opposing counsel interrogatories and requests to produce, do you sign them or just include the typed signature Atty information at the bottom. I keep seeing some signed, some not signed. What is correct?
