Why do I feel so guilty going on maternity leave? I feel like a bad employee but then again I feel like a bad mom. I felt so ashamed to let them know that I was expecting that I postponed telling them until I was 6 going on 7 months

Really burning out from everything. I’m back after maternity leave and my full time schedule just kicked in. Baby girl just turned 5 months and is at home with family. Oldest in preschool. I just can’t do it all. I can work 8 hours sure but I mean I’m going 9-5, back on for a half hour 530-6, back off until 8. In my “down time” I am breastfeeding or having dinner with family then going through the entire childcare routine. I get everyone ready in the AM. I do drop off and pick up. I can’t breath

So I recently accepted a position to become director at another healthcare organization in my area. I’ve been at my current job 4 years. Any suggestions on the resignation letter? I don’t want to share too much but I report to the head of my hospital and have mixed feelings on what to share.

Hello! I have 9 years total of healthcare experience and 5 years of that I was a Residential supervisor for a brain injury rehabilitation. I don’t have a degree only college credits I’m trying to obtain a Psychology degree. I’ve been applying to countless jobs on Indeed and barely get an call backs for an interview. I’d say out of the 50 jobs I applied for I only got 4 interviews. Is anyone else extremely frustrated with being out of work? :(

When I joined my company, I was brought on as an assistant for a former employee who taught me everything I know about my role. I came with on no prior insurance experience but caught on quick. Thursday I had received email from JP Morgan HR regarding my availability for the interview. I had responded back to the mail stating I am available for interview on Monday from 10 am till end of the week any time. After that I haven't heard back from the HR on further process. I am worried as they might not interview me. Need thoughts of group people for the scenario.
