Hello All,

Presently, my CTC is 21 LPA, and I got an offer from Capgemini for 28 LPA as a C2 grade. I have 12 years of experience in SAP MDG profile, and 25.3 LPA is a fixed component in hand, and the remaining 2.6 L is 10% variable pay. I asked HR to increase my package to 30 LPA. She told me it is not possible; they give only 30%. Hike. Please, friend, can anyone give me your valuable suggestion on this? Can I go for it, or can I reject the offer at Capgemini?

Any advice for understanding whether sourcing would be a good match for your personality/innate skill set?

Im pretty extroverted, I have been told in reviews that I peak in verbal communication, and I have really loved conducting expert interviews in DDs.

However, I’ve worked some sales jobs in the past, and I had a hard time with the variability and staying positive bad times when nothing is sticking.

I’m a young(ish) male running a private practice. Been with the group a year and a half and haven’t exactly gelled with some of the older employees. We’ve made tremendous financial improvements but in a meeting last night one of the physicians stated, in front of me, maybe we shouldn’t have hired a young guy to run the practice….I can’t think of a more passive aggressive way to ask someone to leave. I had IVF process to get pregnant. During pre- embryo transfer we were told that girl embryo is being transferred. Currently I am 18 week pregnant. I had anatomy scan and we found out we are having a boy. Baby looked all healthy but due to gender discrepancy, We are asked to do additional testing and genetic disorder screening. Anyone had similar experience?
