Yes, that really helps.

Being able to do a morning daily check in has helped many of my students. We talk about their evening at home, if they ate breakfast today, what they’re looking forward to, anything exciting, ect.

My friend and I tried this with two eggs that were hard to crack last year and it made things worse. Lol not everything works on every kid. Although this year one of the girls was much better.

Just graduated with Aerospace Engineering degree. I am interviewing for multiple positions at once with different companies. One gave me an offer and they want me to get back to them within 2 days. I still have other interviews scheduled and some for higher paying jobs (around 90k) What should I do?
I do like the company that gave me an offer but their base pay was 80k and they went up to 85k. Is asking for them to match the 90k too much? The position is associate systems engineer.

Are there any scrum masters out there willing to take me on as a mentee? I recently received my CSM, but I know that is not enough to get a job. I am currently a business development consultant dealing with enterprise accounts. I want to stay in tech but I HAVE to get out of sales. It’s just not for me. Thank you in advance!
