Just graduated with Aerospace Engineering degree. I am interviewing for multiple positions at once with different companies. One gave me an offer and they want me to get back to them within 2 days. I still have other interviews scheduled and some for higher paying jobs (around 90k) What should I do?
I do like the company that gave me an offer but their base pay was 80k and they went up to 85k. Is asking for them to match the 90k too much? The position is associate systems engineer.

Are there any scrum masters out there willing to take me on as a mentee? I recently received my CSM, but I know that is not enough to get a job. I have an EBD student on my caseload who just phys assaulted a student today (they have a history). Student is being out of school suspended all next week. Any advice on alt. ways to handle this?

I have a 3rd grade student who has been extremely disrespectful and defiant. I’m at my wits end... she says “no” or “why should I?” to everything she is asked to do and has a terrible attitude. Help!
