I’m an L6 SDM at Amazon but a Meta recruiter sent me an M2 sdm job description. I have all the XP I need from previous job experience but does Meta keep your same level as Amazon? Meaning if I am an L6 at Amazon am I automatically interviewing at M1 or can I jump to an M2?Amazon Facebook (Meta)

Not necessarily. It depends on the context in which the provider made the statement. However, if you feel that you are not appreciated where you are and have evidence that your presence has made a positive impact on your work environment, I would encourage you to take your talents elsewhere! You do not have to stay anywhere that you feel uncomfortable or unwanted!
They hired you, you have the financial improvements to show, I wouldn’t defend the fact that you are there. Keep doing what you are doing, apparently it’s working. I’d always say this: make sure your billers are good at their jobs, make sure you have one person looking at denials, preparing corrective claims and writing appeals.
