I operate a 10 car carshare for rideshare fleet
Curious about this because I’m doing the same with a buddy who’s more hands-on with 1 vehicle to start thus far.
My now boss, soon to be partner, runs a motorcycle/bike repair garage/shop on the side.
What kind of practice do you do? That’s an amazing lawyer-life balance you’ve got there. We’re working on expanding my spouse’s food business, which will require a significant amount of time. Following for other ideas!
Business. Mainly transactional work. Some litigation (though usually short-lived). It’s been great to have the downtime during the pandemic, but i imagine I’ll go stir crazy as things get back to normal (which I expect in the next 2-3 months).
What's "back to normal" hours wise for you?
Not sure haha. I started my firm at the beginning of the pandemic. I’m used to working 60ish hours per week though, and I’m way under that now, even with admin on top of billable.
Yes. Run multiple companies so much that I have chosen to run them and on take huge clients or fees
I'd go back to school part time if I had the time and money. But I really like school and kind of regret not continuing with my economics education haha
