Work from Office:
RA- 3 days per week
WTW- 5 days per month
Compensation-
not sure if I have been Low Balled .
Please help what should be ideal CTC from WTW . and which Org is more stable and employee friendly, with Good Work Life balance

2. Evening itself I got call that i was selected and ready to discuss salary.
3. Last year it was under IT raid because of pro particular political party
