I had offer from company A and B. A was offering only 22% hike on my CTC but copany B was offering 30% hike on CTC. After accepting the offer from company A and just before 20 days of LWD I asked for making it to 30% hike. Company A is not responding , no communication , No reply to mails and not picking up the call. What to do? any suggestion will be appricaited.

I think I did a mistake , I tried applying for companies and dont get any calls, got two calls but both of them rejected even before taking an interview that they want immediate joiners , market was ok so I resigned and the hiring got freezed its been 45 days since , but I still dont have an offer dint just got two interviews till now I am trying to get referals , applying in naukri, LinkedIn getting referrals from fish bowl everyday and I am scared now hope I get atleast one offer😔😔

Pandemic induced pressure & burnout. Is every agency bad at present? Desperate to move on before it kills me but worried it’s not diff anywhere else. Hearing people are off sick in lots of agencies.

How are 1st year litigation associates dealing with WFH? I’ve been having terrible anxiety/panic attacks, and pretty sure my billables wont exceed 110 for April. I’ve been super stressed about it and don’t know how to move on to May with the proper mindset to make up for as much time missed as possible. I am currently working as a Data Science Analyst in Amex and would like to make a switch to Fraud detection/Credit risk modelling in future.(not in a hurry but would like to start preparing for the same)
How should I go about preparing for it? Is MBA the only course?
My current tech stack is Python, Pyspark, Hive, SQL, ML, DL(specifically NLP based). I have already done MS in CS from IIT Kgp.
I am confused mainly cause the tech stack requirement is similar to my role in the company.

Guys, I interviewed at amex gurgaon 10days ago and was told by VP that I will hear from HR very soon. But when I checked on HR yesterday, she said interviews are still in progress and it will take a week more to finalize.
I want to know do they take this long to close a position? This opening was posted on 30th Sep.. It's already been 1.5 months. This is when they said the position was urgent!! 🙄
